Valley White NV
A full-bodied wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from 4 different vineyards. 40% of the fruit in this wine was grown here in our family vineyard. It has been aged in 75% new French oak barrels. Cabernet Sauvignon is actually a cross between Cabernet Franc, a red grape, and Sauvignon Blanc, a white grape. Also contains 9% Merlot and 1% Petite Verdot from the Yakima Valley to add complexity and character. The blackberry, current and soft pepper flavers in this wine go great with red fatty meats.
